Annulment

The organization by adverse weather or for the good development of the race may decide to cancel it.

The organization reserves the right to modify or decide on any unforeseen events that are not included in this Regulation.

For all that is not foreseen in this regulation the organization can enforce the regulations of the FAM.

In case of not being able to attend the test by medical prescription (demonstrable), the registration price will not be paid but a substitute will be allowed.

In case of not being able to attend for any other reason, the registration will not be paid.

In the event that the weather forecast is very adverse and the helicopter could not fly or there is a high risk of avalanches, the organization would be obliged to cancel the test for safety reasons.

In case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or for security reasons, registration will not be refunded, lunch and all contracted services may be used.

In no case will the date of the event be postponed, it will be canceled directly until the next edition.

In case of cancellation and / or modification of the event due to major causes and external to the organization by COVID_19

The Organization reserves the right to modify any point, to ensure the safety of participants, volunteers and members of the organization, if required by the Andorran authorities.

The event may be canceled If:

Due to the covid-19, the health situation in the Principality of Andorra does not allow events to be organized and the Andorran authorities decide to cancel or restrict sporting events.

In no case will the date of the event be postponed, it will be canceled directly until the next edition.
